A "Reminder via WhatsApp" button on the invoice and collection list opens your customer's chat with a ready message containing invoice number, amount, due date, and link. You send it from your business WhatsApp.

Email is ignored, and calls are awkward. Messages on WhatsApp are read. In Fawtar you don't write the reminder or search for the link: one button on the invoice or in the collection list opens WhatsApp to your customer's number with a ready message containing the invoice number, remaining amount, due date, and link to view and pay. You send it from your business’s number, and the reminder is recorded on the invoice so you know when you last reminded the customer. Fawtar does not send WhatsApp messages automatically on your behalf; automatic reminders are by email.
