Daily collection list and cash forecast

Organize invoices that need follow-up today, record the expected payment date and internal note, pause reminders until the date, then monitor collection expectations within 30, 60, and 90 days.

Create an account free without a card. Eligible Pro trial options, duration and payment terms are shown inside the account. Paid Pro costs 49 SAR per month including VAT, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

The business does not need a separate table to remember who promised to pay and when. Fawtar collects open balances in a list ordered by agreed date, overdue status, and balance value, then converts collection dates into practical cash forecast without claiming payment is guaranteed.

What do you get?

Clear priority for the day

Overdue payment dates and overdue invoices and today's due amounts appear first, instead of reviewing each invoice manually.

Expected payment due date

Record the date confirmed by the customer and a short internal note, with the data remaining within your business’s workspace.

Reminder respecting the agreement

Automated email stops following up the invoice until the expected date, then returns to the work list if payment is not recorded.

Expect 30, 60 and 90 days

Balances are collected by expected payment date first and due date second, with invoices without a date appearing separately.

How does the feature work?

  1. 1

    Open today's list

Review invoices sorted by actual need for follow-up and remaining balance.

  2. 2

    Record what you agreed

Add the expected payment date and a note such as accountant confirmation or transfer reference number.

  3. 3

Monitor cash and record the payment

Track expected amounts in each period, and when they arrive record the payment so the balance disappears from the list.

Suitable for this business

  • Track project and consulting invoices
  • Managing payment promises without external spreadsheets
  • Plan monthly expenses according to expected cash

Frequently asked questions

Is collection expectation a guarantee of payment arrival?

No. It's an operational grouping based on expected or due date, and displays invoices with no due date separately so the picture stays clear.

What happens to reminders when a payment date is recorded?

Future automatic reminders stop until the date arrives. Previous records are not deleted and no new message is sent upon saving the date.

Does the customer see the internal note?

No. The note is part of your business’s work and doesn't appear on the invoice or customer page.

Can you use the reminder tool without an account?

Yes. The free reminder message creator works inside the browser and does not save data or send the message on your behalf.
