Frequently asked questions
Can I test the design before issuing an invoice?
Yes. The design editor displays preview with test data, and you can download a test PDF before saving the default design for invoices and quotes. The preview isn't an issued invoice.
Do templates and section arrangement need Pro?
Templates and section order are available for free accounts. Logo customization, identity color, and footer require Pro or higher plan.
Do line item descriptions I write translate automatically?
No. Fawtar adds English to the system document titles; it prints the item description as you entered it so it doesn't change the service or product scope.
Can you change the registered name to a different trade name?
Not within system vendor data. The document maintains the saved organization name, while logo, color, and footer allow identity application.
Does the customization appear in the public link as well?
Yes. The PDF file that the customer downloads from the signed link uses the same business identity.
