A payroll CSV is not a Madad upload
HRSD’s service lets an establishment upload an electronically sealed wage file on Madad, then matches it against social insurance. Fawtar on Business exports a CSV from the payroll run: name, ID, IBAN, basic and allowances, gross, GOSI, other deductions, net. It warns if an IBAN is missing because a bank may reject the whole file. That export helps you pay; it is not a substitute for Madad, and we do not call it a ministry-approved file.

Where does the file go?

Why we do not print Madad’s columns
Wage-file specifications change, and a mismatch can reject the whole file. Reprinting them here would freeze. Read HRSD and Madad for any required field.
IBAN before payday
Fawtar checks Saudi IBAN format when you save an employee, and warns before export if a row still has none. Format is not proof that the account exists at the bank.
What Fawtar does here
Business: a payroll run, slips, CSV export, and a ledger posting. Not Madad, not an HRSD approval, and not a live bank connection.

No. You export the table and use HRSD’s channels or your bank.
Is the file ministry-approved?
We do not use that phrase. Approval and compliance are read on Madad after upload.
