A date alone does not remind you to collect

Record the expected payment date with the invoice and track current and overdue amounts in one place instead of a separate dates file.

Which calendar does this tool use?

Umm al-Qura, Saudi Arabia's official Hijri calendar for civil dates, rather than an approximate arithmetic calendar.

Which date should I put on a tax invoice?

Use the actual issue date; a Gregorian date is sufficient. Some businesses include both dates to reconcile with government documents using Hijri, provided the supply date remains clear.

Why can conversions differ by one day?

The start of a Hijri month relates to moon sighting and may differ by a day from astronomical calculations or Umm al-Qura. Use the official date on statutory documents.

How do I calculate a Hijri payment term?

Calculate the term in days from the invoice date, then convert the resulting date. Hijri months have 29 or 30 days, so do not assume a fixed 30 days for long periods.

After setting the due date, prepare a Payment reminder message , then the Contract payment schedule.
